Summary :
When a SPAM/SAINT update already imported requires re-importation due to errors or per SAP's guidelines, users must reset the update's status from 'Imported' to 'New'. Initially, it's advisable to verify if a higher version update is available on SAP Service Marketplace, thereby avoiding the need for the reset. If re-importation is needed, remove the update via the EPS inbox, ensuring that the EPS file is backed up, as it gets deleted from the $DIR_EPS_ROOT/in directory. After deletion, reload the SPAM/SAINT update into the system, ensuring it's loaded either from the saved EPS or freshly downloaded, and then re-import using the Support Package Manager. This process is exclusive to SPAM/SAINT updates and cannot be applied to other support packages.
