Summary :
In financial accounting within SAP systems, it has been identified that some documents have erroneous functional areas due to either post-document changes in associated CO objects or program errors. SAP has introduced a correction program, ZRFCORRFA, applicable in SAP R/3 Enterprise (Release 4.70), and ZFCORRFA_FAGL starting from ECC 5.0, to rectify these discrepancies. This solution only adjusts functional areas in FI documents and does not amend subsequent entries in special ledgers or profit centers, which require separate corrections. The program requires comprehensive data in FI documents for accurate functional area determination. Support Package SAPKH47017 is required for implementing this solution in SAP R/3 Enterprise.
