Summary :
In SAP systems using IHC, there is an issue where an inbound IDoc may not contain or may contain an incomplete E1IDBW1 segment, leading to data loss. This occurs if the child system operates on an earlier FI version lacking BTE 2441 or with an incompatible version of it. To resolve this, corrections need to be implemented, and reviewing the FI system version in subsidiaries for compliance with specified SP levels of SAP_APPL (4.6B SP 54+, 4.6C SP 45+, 4.70 SP 13+) is advised. Additionally, solutions in SAP Notes 587069, 598585, 624218, 631134, 631927, and possibly 641030 should be considered for complete mitigation.
