Summary :
During maintenance of customer and vendor master data, Business Transaction Events (BTEs) 00001321 and 00001421, which handle IBAN updates through function modules OPEN_FI_PERFORM_00001321_E and OPEN_FI_PERCOLLO_00001421_E respectively, do not receive data about changes in IBAN. These BTEs ignore IBAN updates due to the nature of IBAN as an independent object, not directly linked with customer and vendor master data frameworks. A solution involves modifying programs SAPMF02D and SAPMF02K as per Note 497630 and integrating updated parameters and source code corrections for the BTEs to effectively process IBAN updates.
