Summary :
In the SAP Environment, Health, and Safety Management system, an issue has been identified in the Specification Management component (Transaction CG02) where characterizes such as R and S records are being duplicated. The problem stems from a program error, applicable primarily in environments running EH&S 2.7B Support Package 05 or EH&S 3.1 in PLM 1.10 Support Package 11. The solution involves using the report RC1_AUSP_DUPLICATES to identify and remove these duplicates, with a prerequisite modification in the Classification system module (SAPLCTMS) detailed in Note 648956. Implementation of new function modules via Transaction SE37 is also prescribed to fully resolve the issue.
