Summary :
To manage device type definitions without the standard SAP transport system, utilize the RSTXSCRP report. This report facilitates the import and export of device type definitions between the SAP system and a local PC via '*.PRI' files. For exporting, set the mode to EXPORT, select 'Device Type' radiobutton, and specify the device type name. To import, change the mode to IMPORT. As of Release 4.5B, RSTXSCRP can be accessed directly from SPAD under Utilities > For device types > Export/Import. Detailed instructions and parameter descriptions are available in the RSTXSCRP online documentation.
