Summary :
This SAP Note addresses issues in SAP GUI related to case sensitivity in the "Command:" field of the SAPShortcut dialog box. The first problem occurs when entries are automatically converted to uppercase, affecting transactions where case sensitivity is crucial, like RZ11, where profile parameters are affected. A fix for this issue is provided with patch level [36] for SAP GUI for Windows [620]. Additionally, modifying the SAPSHORTCUT.SAP file directly can lead to transaction errors due to uppercase conversion of parameters, as profile parameters in RZ11 are case-sensitive. To resolve this, users are referred to note 651600.
