Summary :
To activate the SAP Real Estate Management in the SAP R/3 Enterprise Financials Extension (RE Extension), ensure your system is on Release 47x200, minimum Support Package 04, though ERP 2005 is recommended. Follow the steps by first activating the Financials Extension using SPRO in the SAP Reference IMG. Set the "Active" indicator for "EA-FIN" and then under transaction RECACUST, activate the Real Estate Extension in the IMG activity "Basic settings".
