The SAP tables CMFK and CMFP, used for error logs, face significant size increase due to no connection with specific archiving objects. Large sizes emerge as old entries cannot be archived alongside CO_ORDER, PR_ORDER, PP_ORDER, and CO_KSTRG under specific application IDs. To manage this, utilize the custom deletion program z_cmf_kks_delete/zcmfkdel, designed to delete outdated entries from these tables selectively by error log number, creation date, and user. Note, this deletion is irreversible and should be executed only once associated objects are archived. Implementation includes program creation, source code update, and test or update runs.
