When modifying the master record of a cost center in SAP, users encounter messages KS020, KS134, or KS021 due to dependency or change interval issues. Enhanced in Release 4.6C, RKACOR06 allows changes during the fiscal year under specific conditions, such as setting change intervals to period limits, absence of dependent actual transaction data, and existence of an analysis period from the start of the respective change. However, changes in company codes or business areas need careful handling as they affect postings in different periods, with reversal complications if the cost center has been reassigned in the meantime.
