SAP Note 6066 - Settling quantities not possible, LVA -> AA615

Component : Investment Orders - Transactions

Solution : https://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/6066 (SAP Service marketplace login required)

Summary :
When attempting to settle from assets under construction, orders, or projects to a collective low value asset in SAP, error AA615 may occur, indicating that the mean amount exceeds the allowed maximum for low-value assets. Additionally, when transferring order/WBS element/asset under construction to an asset, the quantity is not transferred, and manual transactions (ABUM) also cannot transfer quantities. This issue originates from the limitation prior to SAP Release 4.0, where assets maintained only one quantity unit. Solutions include setting quantities in the collective asset via AS02 prior to settlement and acknowledging that quantity transfers in assets will be addressed in future releases, specifically post-Release 4.5A.
