Summary :
During the handling of sales or network orders in SAP, issues arise when users enter a reason for goods movement, which isn't displayed upon reprocessing in Transaction COGI, or reflected in the material document after saving. This error also affects collective, fast entries, and picking operations via future change records. The root cause relates to the absence of the 'REASON' field in the AFFW database table. The issue can be resolved by updating this table within systems running on Release 4.6 and ensuring related SAP notes are implemented. Full correction is applied in Release 4.6C.
