Summary :
To modify the base unit of measure in the material master, all allocations to routings or recipes must first be physically deleted. Although deletions within routing transactions are only logical and hide entries from user view, they persist in the system. The material master updates are possible only once the routings are reorganized. A provided report facilitates this by setting parameters such as PLNTY, PLNNR, PLNAL, MAT, WERKS. For releases post-3.0E, routings can be deleted with or without archiving. Archiving removes logically deleted routing entries from the database, ensuring only non-displayed deleted objects are physically erased.
Key words :
plnnr = group plnal = group counter mat = material number werks = plant, additional key words physical deletion, plnty = task list type, material task list allocations, minimum key date, prerequisites solution basically, objects deleted online, routing processing transactions, material master, material allocation
