Summary :
This SAP Note addresses the unclear authorization checks for field RESPAREA under authorization object K_ORDER. The system prioritizes authorization checks based on specific order numbers (OR) before any hierarchy or cost center restrictions (HI) are considered. If the OR authorization is valid, no further checks occur. Moreover, configuration via transactions SU01 and PFCG allows editing of orders across any controlling area if OR authorization is assigned. Additional custom checks can be implemented through user exit COOPA_01 for enhanced control.
