Summary :
This SAP Note addresses issues with delivery status not being updated to 'C' after posting returns in transaction VL02N, or when processing a return delivery with valuation type 122, leaving the delivery open and allowing multiple postings which disrupt warehouse stock consistency. This issue arises post implementation of Support Package 11 or Note 580435. The resolution includes mandatory implementation of corrective SAP Notes (601804, and possibly 588359, 576684, 574766, 580435 depending on the previous updates). For deliveries affected post-CRT11, manual stock correction and status adjustment via program Z_CORR_VBFA_PLMIN_ISA is recommended.
