SAP Note 564576 - Resetting the scheduling in transaction DB13

Component : Database Administration with Oracle -

Solution : https://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/564576 (SAP Service marketplace login required)

Summary :
After executing a system copy or manual changes in SAP, inaccuracies may arise between scheduled actions in transaction DB13 and corresponding background jobs. Symptoms include incorrect status displays and missing action or job logs. The issue pertains to SAP_BASIS versions up to 6.40, specifically in the old DB13 environment. The recommended resolution involves deleting all actions and pertinent background jobs in DB13 and relisting them. This entails clearing scheduled actions in DB13, removing entries from tables SDBAP and SDBAR via SQL commands, deleting relevant active background jobs in SM37, and rescheduling the actions in DB13. Refer to SAP Note 1028624 for newer versions.
