Summary :
In SAP Transaction COFC, used for reprocessing errors in calculation of actual costs, there exists a need to cancel undesired confirmations instead of reprocessing them. From Release 4.0B, a new report, ZCOFC_CANC, can be created or updated to enable this cancellation. The report automatically cancels confirmations, checks for open posting periods, and allows user-specified posting dates if the period is closed. Additional steps involve saving list output in COFC and creating necessary text elements and symbols within the application to facilitate cancellation operations. This process helps maintain accuracy and control in the management of cost confirmations.
