Summary :
When copying or manually entering a goods receipt item during the confirmation of a production or process order in SAP, an error RU426 may occur, stating "Goods receipt items cannot be overriden". This issue arises when changing a goods issue (GI) or a by-product receipt's movement type to that of an actual goods receipt, for example, from 261 to 101. Due to system constraints, multiple actual goods receipts cannot be posted per confirmation. With Release 4.70 enhancements, changing GR types to GIs is also restricted, avoiding this issue. Instructions and modifications for earlier releases are provided to align with this protocol.
