Summary :
After executing "Read master data" in SAP R/3, changes like the release of an order are automatically reverted and shared with APO if integrated. Rescheduling an order on the APO detailed scheduling planning board during a concurrent “Read master data” in R/3 leads to inconsistencies. The planning board won't show the update till it's saved, at which point it will recognize the order’s invalidity and prevent its transfer back to R/3. This mishap can generate queue errors in APO due to unrecognized activities. Refreshing the sales order in the planning board is necessary to align with R/3 updates. As a fix, implementing the provided correction is advised. Refer to SAP Note 396718 for more details.
