Summary :
This SAP Note addresses an issue where the statistical indicator in the EKPO table does not automatically set to 'X' upon the deletion of an item, leading to data inconsistency and errors in numerous reports such as RM06HL04. The root of the problem originates from the non-existence of the EKPO-STAPO field prior to release 3.1I. To correct this, users are advised to run report ZKSTAPO1, which identifies and corrects purchase orders lacking the correct setting of the EKPO-STAPO field. For safety, it's suggested to initially operate the report in test mode to preview affected items before applying permanent database changes.
