Summary :
When using transactions EC01 through EC16 in SAP for copying an organizational unit, a transport request is created. Upon importing this request into the target system, current addresses may be deleted due to inconsistencies in address management not correctly handled by ECOP. This typically occurs under specific conditions, such as overlapping address number ranges, against SAP’s recommendations. To address this issue, corrections are suggested in the note. Implement corrections via advance corrections in Releases 45B and 46B, or support packages in 46C and 4.7, or manually in instances where Note Assistant is inadequate.
