The improper status results when the tp program fails to log entries into the import monitor, a crucial step for accurate status reflection in STMS. Users are advised to download and implement an updated version of the tp program from the SAP Service Marketplace Software Distribution Center. Corrective steps also include potentially deleting erroneously displayed import requests from the import monitor manually.
