This issue generally arises under specific preconditions, notably when the purchase requisition, originally created in SAP R/3 Release 3.0A or 3.0B, includes a "Desired vendor". To remedy this, users should rerun report RKANBU01 to reconstruct the commitment of the affected purchase requisitions, and then retry the failed transaction. Importantly, for systems on Release 3.0C, implementation of note 41511 is advised before proceeding.
