In SAP transaction ML81N, an error M7330 occurs when accepting a service entry sheet, indicating a potential for negative goods movement price. This error arises due to rounding disparities in non-deductible input tax calculations across multiple account assignments, primarily during the purchasing and invoice verification stages. To resolve this, updates have been made in SAP Release 4.7 and for earlier versions 4.6B and 4.6C through the corresponding support packages. Implementation of SAP Note 459863 is required. Furthermore, a dummy invoice with zero quantity and amount needs to be posted via MIRO to clear the GR/IR account and allow further acceptance of the service sheet.
