Summary :
In the SAP transaction ME21, when creating a service order with both a total or "Unlimited" limit and a service line, if limits are entered before confirming the service line entries, the system prompts with "Enter expected value". Due to inherent system logic, where limit-related checks precede service line entry processing, this message appears. Rectify this in ME21 by ensuring service lines are entered and confirmed before setting limits. This follows package updates SAPKH46B28 and SAPKH46C18 requiring an expected value under certain conditions (see Note 440601 for more details).
