When settling an order or WBS element to a G/L account also defined as a CO cost element, the system may present error KI235, necessitating additional CO account assignments like cost centers in receiver postings. Previously, such assignments in settlement rules weren't transferred during settlement. Solutions in Note 310366 can be checked for adequacy. Further, provided corrections allow for transfer of additional CO assignments (cost center, order, WBS element) from settlement rules to G/L account postings during settlement. Caution is advised as these corrections deviate from SAP standard, requiring maintenance post-upgrades or package imports.
