Summary :
The issue arises when, after a goods receipt for a purchase order creates an inspection lot and posts material to inspection stock, the corresponding material document is cancelled and goods receipt is reprocessed. This sequence inhibits the transfer of material from inspection to unallocated stock using either inventory posting (MB11, movement type 321) or the usage decision process, due to the cancellation of the created inspection lot. The underlying cause is a program error linked to the QM inspection setting 'Check only with 1st WE'. The solution involves program adjustments specifically through changes in FORM GR_LOT_CHECK_AND_CREATE in LQAATU01 to prevent future occurrences.
