When creating a production order for a material variant in SAP, error messages CO902 or C2319 may occur due to data inconsistencies in table IBINOBS. To resolve this, run report ZZ_DELETE_WRONG_IBINOBS with parameters for material number and work center. This will correct IBINOBS entries across specific or all material variants. If no errors are found, another issue might be present. Implement SAP Note 458000 to prevent similar data inconsistencies.
