Summary :
When a material acquired through stock transfer appears in transit in the stock / requirements list (MD04) despite the absence of actual stock in transit and matching delivered and received quantities under the stock transport scheduling agreement, the issue arises due to overdelivery. If the delivered quantity exceeds the scheduled amount at the time of delivery, any excess is added to the last schedule line. Subsequent additions of schedule lines before goods receipt result in the dispersion of the excessive amount across new lines. Although total delivered and received quantities align, discrepancies per schedule line cause incorrect in-transit stock display. Resolution involves using report RM06HL08 from Note 153674 and better future scheduling and delivery accuracy.
