Summary :
This SAP Note addresses language selection in sales and distribution documents within SAP ERP. The note outlines the process whereby language proposals are made for header and item texts based on the logon language or the language of the sold-to party. Texts are shown either in the sold-to party's language or, if multiple languages are available, in the language that appears first alphabetically, unless a text in the sold-to party’s language exists. The system's behavior in displaying texts upon navigating to different text screens in VA01, VA02, and other related transactions is also described.
