To mitigate this issue in releases 21* to 22*, users must log in as DDIC in STMU, set the system to "Change normally", and subsequently reset the system to unchangeable after modifications. For systems existing in releases 22* and 30*, use transaction SE06, accessed via Menu ENVIRONNEMENT -> SYSTEM CHANGE OPTION, enabling users to configure system change settings directly.
