Summary :
In the SAP environment, users experience an issue where they are unable to exit the detail screen or create service specifications in ME51 or ME21 after entering all required data for service items. This problem stems from the account assignment category not being displayable on the item detail screen. To resolve this, adjustments should be made in the Customizing settings by navigating to omf2 / omf4 -> Basic data, item -> PT9B / PT9F, setting the account assignment category to "Optional entry" or "Display." Without this setting, any previously entered data will be deleted.
