Summary :
When printing or displaying documents with SAPscript, certain special characters may be replaced by the number key (#). This issue arises when the characters are not included in the system character set for the text language or the device character set of the output device. SAPscript compares characters during document editing, and if unsupported, replaces them with "#". Character sets are managed in SPAD. Reporting issues can be resolved by checking character sets for completeness, removing illegal characters, and regenerating runtime objects using report RSTXDELL in SE38, which deletes and reconstructs the load with up-to-date character data.
