SAP Note targets inconsistencies in the display of conversion factors between product unit of measure and base unit of measure when both have three or more decimal places. Historically, a consistency check (refer to Note 362932) was used, which may now erroneously trigger error message XU033. This note advises on defining conversion factors with maximum decimal precision and provides corrections to stop XU033 from being issued in such cases. Implement this note particularly if handling product units with high decimal precision, post assessing prerequisites like the inclusion of Note 147489 and the removal of outdated modifications from Note 316229.
