SAP Note 417169 - MIGO: No warning messages when posting goods movement

Component : Goods Receipt from External Procurement (MIGO) -

Solution : https://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/417169 (SAP Service marketplace login required)

Summary :
Starting from release 4.6B, the ERP system allows the use of transaction MIGO for posting goods movements, which is designed for quick and easy data entry without issuing any warnings or errors immediately. The system conducts a basic input validation when a check table supports the field. Post data entry, users can execute two actions: "Check" (F7), where the system validates the inputs and displays any errors or warnings, and "Post" (Shift+F11/Ctrl+S), which finalizes the posting process, only halting if any error messages occur but does not display warnings unless an error is present. From release 4.70, the BAdI MB_MIGO_BADI enhances functionality by allowing further customization in error and warning message handling during the check phase but not at the posting phase.
