Summary :
When editing a network in SAP and creating or changing externally processed activities or elements, a purchase requisition may be generated. Should there be a failure in this generation due to an error from source determination, it might cause the system to terminate with an online dump RAISE_EXCEPTION (type AVO_ALREADY_EXIST in LCOBOU07 or CO_BC_RESB_APP). This issue is due to a programming error. To resolve, ensure corrections from Notes 129153, 151116, and 210537 have been implemented, followed by the execution of the provided program correction. Relevant transaction codes include CN21, CN22, CJ2D, CJ20, CJ27, CJ2B, and CJ20N.
