The error message "01 037 'ParameterID F4METHOD does not exist'" appears when attempting to view the user. The root cause is identified as a missing entry in the TPARA check table. To resolve this problem, the entry F4FacilitatorMETHOD should be added to the TPARA table with the description 'ActiveX/NoActiveX' using Transaction SM31 and assigned to the development class SDSH.
