Summary :
During the upgrade to versions 4.6 or 4.7, issues arise with the GB01 table where customer-specific configurations under key 015 S are lost, inadvertently altering the handling of BSEG-ZFBDT in substitutions for callup point 3. This version oversight allows unintended field modifications in table BSEG and disrupts user-defined substitutions. The flaw originates from improper transportation of GB01 Boolean class 015 settings in Release 4.6A. Remediation includes consulting SAP and reinstating or correcting GB01 entries per the adjustments outlined in SAP Note 42615 to restore intended functionalities.
