To resolve the issue, access transaction SE03, navigate to 'Set System Change Option' in the Administration branch, and alter the setting for /CRMGEC/ from 'Not modifiable' to 'Modifiable.' Save the changes and restart the transaction that was encountering errors to continue with the process.
