Summary :
The SAP Note addresses absent program documentation for RCU_EXCL_CHARACTERISTICS. Initially, the program extracts existing characteristic data from CABN_EXCL table. Characteristics for selected materials are then processed based on classification data (variant and non-variant). A series of conditional selections are executed, dependent on database entries and user inputs on material and characteristic specifications. Non-specified fields adopt specific workflow paths. Post processing, characteristics are marked for exclusion regarding type and serial number determinations and saved to CABN_EXCL. Special note: Reference characteristics excluded by default unless made visible and interactively managed in the user interface.
