The SAP system issues message M7352 stating that the document flow for delivery cannot be updated. This occurs during goods receipt for deliveries if: 1) The delivery was created for a stock transport order, but 2) The goods movement doesn't refer to this delivery but rather to a purchase order or an inbound delivery. An issue also arises during the cancellation of material documents when the original delivery cannot be located. SAP Note 358454 optimizes the search for deliveries using an index on table VBFA, which alleviates this issue if goods movements are logged against the delivery. However, M7352 may serve as a functional warning or error, based on the business process settings concerning the update of document flows for stock transport orders.
