Summary :
Starting from Release 4.0A, SAP now allows the customization of clearing rules in FI via table TFAGS. Nevertheless, the list of permissible fields in table TFAGS does not include the user-defined fields of the BSEG table. To integrate these user-defined fields into the clearing configurations, a new clearing rule should be created in Customizing. Next, using SE16 or SM30, this rule can be established to incorporate user-defined fields. Additional, permitted fields should be added to this rule and saved to trigger program generation. For full functionality, ensure inclusion of user-defined fields in the RFOPS structure and referenced index tables.
