This issue is identified by the error code LOAD_PROGRAM_NOT_FOUND and originates from ungenerated headers. The resolution involves maintaining tables T588I or Tj88J via transaction SM31. For versions up to 2.0, use function key F11 to regenerate all headers in table T588I. Starting from version 2.1, function key F16 should be used for regenerating headers in table T588J, ensuring the program RPH00nnn is correctly recreated.
