Summary :
When creating a purchase order from a purchase requisition in SAP, modifying the quantity and unit of measure in both documents can cause system crashes, specifically a DYNPRO_CONVERSION dump, when accessing the purchase requisition via Goto --> Statistics --> General. This issue is attributed to a program error that erroneously permits the unit measure changes in ordered purchase requisitions. A preliminary fix is provided. For alignment discrepancies between purchase requisition and purchase order quantities, utilize report RM06HL04, referencing also SAP Note 171331.
