Summary :
When completing confirmations in SAP for various order types (PM, CS, PP, PI, PS), the system may terminate the update process displaying SAPSQL_ARRAY_INSERT_DUPREC error. This issue originates from duplicated entries in table AFRU for completion confirmations and discrepancies in confirmation counts in table AFVC. To address this, users must execute the correction report ZAFVC002, provided in the note, to align the data accurately. Additionally, users are advised to implement related SAP Notes 454709, 406267, and 632426 to resolve underlying inconsistencies and prevent such errors from recurring.
