Summary :
For issuing dunning notices via fax or email in SAP systems, prior to Release 4.0, the user exit '001' from SAPF150D was utilized. From Release 4.0 onwards, the recommended approach is to use the Open FI Event 1040 in the function module PRINT_DUNNING_NOTICE. The function module FI_OPT_ARCHIVE_DUNNING_NOTICE should be copied and modified accordingly. Register the customized module through Transaction FIBF under 'Settings -> Process function modules of a customer' for Event 00001040, using table MHNK-APPLIK for the application indicator. Adjust field C_FINAA-NACHA within the module to specify the delivery method: '1' for print, '2' for fax, and 'I' for Internet. Additionally, populate fields C_FINAA-TDTELENUM, C_FINAA-TDTELELAND, or C_FINAA-INTAD based on the recipient's details. Reference additional configurations through SAPconnect in the SAP system.
