The error incorrectly prompts for conversion, suggesting an upgrade akin to Note 92124 from 3.x to 4.y releases, which isn't applicable to new installations. This occurs because the system cannot distinguish between new installations and upgrades. Resolution ensures recognition of existing 3.x query objects; absence indicates a new installation, permitting standard area operations. Fixed in standard from Release 5.0A, and available in Support Packages for 4.6x releases.
