In cases where inventory-managed serial numbers are displayed, stock data may be missing. The root cause is identified as a program error. Resolution involves code corrections via Support Package import or manual updates following correction instructions, and dataset revisions through a special report RISTEQ07, which checks and corrects inconsistencies in master records.
