Summary :
When procuring material variants through subcontracting scheduling agreements, an issue arises where the BOM for existing schedule lines is not exploded during re-planning, signaled by MRP list terminations and errors 61258 or 61259. This failure to explode schedule lines is due to a programming error in which the configuration value assignments in the material master are not utilized during re-exploding processes. A programming correction has been proposed to resolve this issue and ensure that configuration values are applied properly during the material requirement planning (MRP) processes, affecting transaction codes MD01, RMMRP000, RMPS000, and MDBT.
