SAP Note 309050 - Logging of deleted AFFW records

Component : Goods Movements - Backflushing

Solution : https://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/309050 (SAP Service marketplace login required)

Summary :
This SAP Note addresses the issue where automatic goods movements are not posted, with material documents and change records missing from tables such as AFRP1, AFRP2, and AFFW. Users can manually delete error records via transaction COGI or by canceling the responsible confirmation. The solution includes a temporary modification to log all deleted AFFW records with no corresponding material document, especially pertinent for system releases up to and including 4.6C. For releases 4.70 and onwards, these logging mechanisms are built into the standard code but require activation. Additionally, a new database table AFFWPRO is to be implemented for detailed logging.
